Submit the following application then follow the instructions explaining how to send in your annual membership fee.
If your image does not show up in the preview, that's a good indication that the image format or size is not acceptable. You can email us or try a different size/format.

Before submitting the application, please click the "Preview Badge" button to make sure your submitted image works. If you have trouble, e-mail the picture to membership@zombiehunters.org with your Name and Username.
Note: We need the picture within 7 days or you'll get a blank badge.
Virtual memberships cost $10 and do not come with a badge.
