Czech mess kit. $9.99! These are normally in the $15 range. Don't know how much shipping is. But they are normally reasonable. My local surplus store.

Big Agnes Chimney Creek 6 MtnGlo tent. $179.73 @REI.com. (Plus shipping if you don't live near an REI store).

https://www.rei.com/rei-garage/product/ ... _c10df0cdd

REI claims regular price is $600, currently selling for $479.95 on Amazon. https://smile.amazon.com/Big-Agnes-Chim ... ey+creek+6

Hope for this can work out for someone who needs a (realistic) four person, 3-season tent with enough headroom so you can pull your pants on while standing up. Not strictly speaking a bug out tent, but this is a great deal for family camping or even a vehicular bug out shelter.

Big Agnes has a very good quality reputation. Their MtnGlo lighting technology struck me as pretty gimmicky when it first came out. But I've crawled around inside some of their 2 and 3 person models and I have to admit it's pretty slick. The lights are permanently sewn into the tent body, and run off a removable 3xAA battery compartment, or any power bank with 5 volt USB output.

Haven't tried that one on. Looking good though, especially the $$. In the market for a Mystery Ranch ASAP, Medium/Large Yoke in Coyote Brown and can't find it anywhere. Anyone have a lead? Or one used they want to let go?

LAPG just put a bunch of their bags on sale. HUGE SAVINGS. There new 60l hiking pack is down to $45 normally $115. And the little range bag is down to $14.99 normally like $30+ IIRC. Great little range bag or camera bag.

Here's a thread on the hiking backpack.

Midway USA has IMI M855, 15) boxes of 30 rds, [450] $114.99, free shipping. I already had these sitting in my cart for a week, on sale at $124.99 free shipping, looked today and saved $10 by procrastinating. If I had $10 for every time I procrastinated...

Well...

Lets just say I wouldn't be ... :words:

LifeStraw Family 1.0 gravity feed water purification system $48.40, ships free.

https://smile.amazon.com/LifeStraw-Port ... +1.0&psc=1

Per camelx3, the average Amazon price is $66.52. This is close to the historic low and the cheapest since May of 2017. (https://camelcamelcamel.com/LifeStraw-P ... B00FM9OBQS)

A well regarded, high performing filter for your family or bug out group. Or for sheltering in when the water supply is either knocked out or suspect. Purifies 9-12 liters per hour with minimal user engagement. If you need a longer-term capability to produce potable water for more than one or two people, that Sawyer Mini or Katadyn Hiker Pro isn't going to cut it.

Just be careful if you get the black/grey.... lose it in a gravel parking lot at night and it's gone forever! Not that anyone around here would be that careless, *ahem*cough*cough*
