My home made repeating compound bow

Post by JoergS » Tue Aug 15, 2017 12:59 pm

Some of you guys may have seen it on my channel - but I wanted to post it again here, as I believe my invention has serious value for anti Zombie use cases.

Joerge you need to patent that invention of yours.

Serious bow hunters would pay good money to have a rapid follow up shot. I don't know if you could get rich or not but you could probably make some real money bringing it to market.

Patent is a great idea. They are kinda worthless anymore, but you might get lucky if some big company rips it off and you can at least get a settlement check

Joerge makes it pretty clear he has no interest in patenting/financially benefiting from his (brilliant/amazing/awe-inspiring) invention. Very altruistic, but someone is going to make a lot of money off this; I'd rather it be the person who thought it up versus Barnett or some other company.

Combine it with a Tong'ah (Korean overdraw), and make the magazines replaceable, and you've got a technological jump comparable to the metallic cartridge.

Only Joerg would think of putting a magazine on a bow, and make it work so well.

Thanks for all the praise!

I have to say from all the things I made, this one is probably THE most fun. It works so well, you just want to keep on shooting and shooting.

Glad you enjoyed it but I was serious about a patent. Somebody else will probably snatch your idea and make some money on it. If you patent it first you can have the joy of selling it to a patent troll he will joyfully sue whoever used the idea. Then you will have more money to make more cool stuff.

That is how America works these days when you have too many lawyers and too many (comment deleted politics) to bring a product to market.
