Nice machete, but one thing concerns me and that's the heat treatment.

Using a stove or torch might work, but in the long run you'd probably be better off making a proper heat treatment set up.

I think Storm Crow posted a video here a long time ago on how to make a cheap home heat treatment rig, but I could be wrong. Either way, there's bound to be tons of videos on YouTube about that.

Also, invest in a bench grinder. It's probably a lot easier on you to use one of those rather than a hand held grinder. One wrong move with the hand held grinder and you could end up with a major injury to your hands.

Those comments aside, you're doing a good job with your videos. The volume of your music choices no longer covers up anything else in the video and we can actually hear you when you speak.

One idea might be to find an old fashioned bellows and drill a hole towards the bottom side of that stove and use that to get the heat up. Still it's pretty amazing what you did. Good Job

I skimmed the video, so I may have missed it. Is there mention of the alloy used?
