Checked your cache(s)?

Did that today, I did not dig the ones I checked up but I did do a walk around and added some more items to certain caches. Then had to update my maps.

nearly all of my food preps (honey, grain, salt) are good forever. the legumes get consumed/rotated.I figure on starting with fresh jerky when shtf,

I haven't checked my caches in years. I know one was destroyed in a wildfire.

I really need to go on an extended walkabout. Great point!


How long since you learned about and used a wild edible or medicinal plant in your Area?

Grain is good for a long time but not forever unless it's buried in a glacier.
