Total over $2000 now!
Thanks for setting this up! I wanted to give immediately, but figured you guys would have done the research about an efficient, effective place to give if I waited a couple of days.

** New incentives added!***
We're really happy with the response to our fund drive for Nepal. We want to kick things up a notch by releasing new incentives for donating.
Each day, we'll announce a different award. Previous donations will apply towards award levels, and you qualify for every award below the level you donated as well . You won't miss out on anything. So donate early and often.

- Free admission to Zombie Con, our annual campout and retreat in rural Missouri. Donate $75 and after the drive ends, we'll sign you up for the greatest weekend excursion you'll every take. There's a write up on our website at http://www.zombiehunters.org.
- All donors who give $20 or more will have their name mentioned in a surprise thank you video that the great grandson of Zombie Squad’s secret founder, Lord Archibald Reginald Zombiesquadington III. will record upon completion of this drive. This is a special treat since no one from the Zombiesquadington family has been seen or heard from since they retired into a secret bunker in an undisclosed location in 1912.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of history.

Re: ZS Nepal Earthquake Relief Effort
This is a worthy cause and I've done what I can to help in the most effective way open to a UK taxpayer.
I've given £100 (US$150 approx) to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC), the UK's co-ordinating charity for major appeals. Due to the income tax I've already paid on that £100 the DEC can claim a further £28 (US$42 approx) from HM Government.

Re: ZS Nepal Earthquake Relief Effort
Nepal just can't seem to catch a break.
I've been meaning to say I did a little research on the Seva Foundation that ZS has chosen as the recipient aid organization and came away very impressed. Started with seed money from Steve Jobs, the Seva Foundation's core mission is to provide eye care in under-served countries around the world.
Seva's calling card in disaster relief is that it already has an established, multi-year presence in Nepal. It's a vetted, well-regarded NGO that has the distribution infrastructure in place to distribute generalized disaster relief. Seva received high marks for its work in providing desperately needed assistance to Nepalese following last year's catastrophic monsoon flooding.
To the general public, Seva might seem like a less obvious organization to provide disaster relief donations than, say, the Nepal Red Cross. But it's a smart, informed choice for your donations.

Bumping this back to the top.
Going to see if I have some spare money to add to my previous donation, too.
