We all learn from our failures, often times more so than our successes. A lesson reinforced with pain is more likely to be remembered. This thread highlights some folks who have been brave enough to admit when they've been less than ideally prepared. If we can learn from their errors perhaps we can avoid some of that pain ourselves.
