My wife has been working with makers, artists, and businesses to provide fabric mask covers, face shields, head coverings, and other PPE-supplements to overwhelmed organizations in need across North & South Carolina through her organizationTHe Carolina Mask Project. So far they have made and donated around 10,000 masks to healthcare providers, government agencies, correctional facilities, essential workers, and even to Marine Corps bases (they have a white mask requirement to use the commissary).
I just help with some of the IT stuff, shipping, laundering and ironing, sorting and cutting donations (like the 2 miles of elastic Hanes donated) down into packs to give to her volunteers.
They are always looking for additional regional volunteers, sewing notions, fabric, elastic or financial donations, and representatives of organizations that need masks or PPE.
This forum is for other non-ZS related charity drives. If you have a charity event coming up in your area, post about it here.

The local MakerSpace teamed up to give her (and us) space to work out of, and Crown Royal and the Carolina Panthers are throwing her some love online and at the game.
