I worked late tonight. Plan on leaving at 10-ish like you originally planned with or without me. I'll catch up if I need to.

I packed light (about 25 pounds "skin out"), mostly because the weather was supposed to be moderate and I wanted to see how light I could go in real wilderness, and also to save wear and tear on my knees and ankles on the up/down...it worked well in general, but my idea of saving weight by hammocking with only an insultex topquilt was crafted from the finest fail...I was cold both nights...not freezing, but not comfy...it got colder than my weatherman predicted...the rest of my loadout worked perfectly, and I wouldn't change a thing except for the topquilt/sleeping bag thing...
