Purchase a House in Sardina for 1EU

Post by Stercutus » Wed Feb 07, 2018 5:32 pm

It seems the mainland has beckoned away the youth of Central Sardina. Rather than resettle Syrians Refugees there the town is offering up older condemned homes for sale at giveaway prices to try to bring a population in. You have to agree to spend $20K EU to refurbish the place but it seems to me there are likely some good deals to be had.

I love Italy but I have never been to Sardina. Looks gorgeous.

From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd—
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother

Huh...if I had the wherewithal to manage the travel on a regular basis, I'd seriously consider that just for a summer home.

Would be a perfect zombie BOL! I mean it's an island with very few people on it. Pretty much completely self sustaining as far as food and water goes. I'd have gone for it for sure!
