Yeah... but what kind of whiskey do you like?
:D

My moniker of Wee Drop o' Bush should examine that!
'Old Bushmills' of course.
Shame, Seagrams is a whisky, not a whiskey...

In other news, I'll have to try this out.

Not a big whiskey fan (bourbon I like). However, I am an alcohol fan and I quite like cinnamon - how much whiskey can you still taste? Or should I just pick a different spirit?

Ok, I just finished making some of this with "75 South", a $6 bottle of whiskey from Safeway, and it actually turned it from pure burn to a bottle of stuff I would probably willingly pay for :D Definitely making gift bottles of this stuff for friends! :P

Ok , so I have been looking at this thread for the past few months.....and finally bit the cinnamon bullet.....OOOOOOOO BOY!!!....I like cinnamon so I left the two sticks that where cooked in the mix in the bottle and then added a fresh one for good measure.....it was real smooth last night...its been sitting for 24 hours and that cinnamon really comes out now.....I'm normally a JD or Jim Beam guy....but times are tight and anything that can make a $7 bottle this smooth I'm all for...it is a bit sweet for some tastes but like I said I like cinnamon so I think its great....the thrift store down the road always has old glass decanters , gonna hafta get one...LOL
