An Outdoor Oven

This article made me wonder if anyone has built or is running an outdoor oven?

I am planning on building an outdoor kitchen next year and was thinking about incorporating one in to the plan.

I was thinking more along the lines of brick but the clay one is nice.
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd—
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother
