anybody tried soylent?

For all your pre- and post-PAW food and beverage recipes. Just because it keeps you alive doesn't mean it shouldn't be tasty.

anybody tried soylent?

Nope, its not a joke, somebody actually created a product called soylent as a just add water, complete meal replacement....anybody tried it, and how does it taste?... Seems an easy and relatively cheap long term storage idea, it is supposed to provide everything you need in a smoothy three times a day....

I've tried versions 1.0-1.4 and they all tasted fine, at times better than some MRE's I've tried. Now that they have a new formula which includes the oil, I wonder if the shelf life has gone down. I believe I still have a bag at home which I'll check the best by date on for reference.
