Couple of Recipes from EdsManifesto

Post by Raven_Thunder » Sun Mar 15, 2020 1:11 pm

Long time, no post.

Any who, here are a few recopies from the FB/IG page "Ed's Manifesto". Some of you may recognize Ed from his appearance on Joe Rogan Experience. Been following Ed for a long time now and he's always got some good little tidbits about surviving in a less than ideal environment.

Nope, that would be J.L. Bourne who does have an account on ZS. Not sure if he is active anymore. I had cross membership in ZS and his forum, Hotel 23, back in the day.

That's right, I was thinking of another story. Thanks.

Thanks for the link, I think he second peanut butter “recipe” would be the preference of the two. But as stated if the times get tough food is food. It got me thinking that if i have to eat the abundant edible weeds around my place that a simple stock cube could really liven the meal up. I have also really started to work on expanding my herb garden to include common flavourings such as parsley, basil, thyme, chilli, rosemary and now curry leaf tree.

Those recipes are great. Do you have more?
Ever, previously known here as 'zombiepreparation'

as COVID-19 moves closer to my large apartment building I am observing the reasons why the likelihood of my surviving this Event is growing increasingly remote: The building would more aptly be named Ship Of Fools Apartments. Offering a head size bucket of sand with every new lease.

I'll post more as I find them. Been a while since I have contributed to ZS, figured I would provide some usable info.

I know I have survived off peanut butter during week long blackouts and I use it as a protein after a decent workout.
