 I can feel the hate all the way across the Atlantic! (Kidding, of course!)

I'd say that 90% of the time I just take my coffee black. But every once in a while I'm just craving a latte, and it's nice being able to make one for around 70 cents as opposed to paying $4.00 at a coffee shop :gonk:

waves of jealous hate waft toward Wyoming>>

Honestly -
Enjoy your strong black coffee as long as you can, I know I did.
Now I get to pretend this stuff is coffee. It may be weak with cream & sugar in it, but at least it isn't decaf.
(I feel so sorry for the decaf people. Puts soft pat, pat on the heads)

Coffee talk is like wine talk.
"Zesty, Milk-Chocolate, Graham Cracker" sounds like a smooth cup with 'notes' of the bean.
Now ZombieGramps is wanting to stop at the coffee store for some beans.
Thanks for the prod!
It's been a while since we bought some good ones.

Glad I could help  And it's definitely a tasty blend, I made a couple cups (one with the moka pot, another with the french press) and it's a wonderful medium roast.

Edit: Just to clarify: It isn't "infused" with flavors or anything like that, the flavor just comes from the natural process of roasting, blend origin, etc.

The french press is a great coffee making method. But while afield, the added weight, bulk and especially the chore of cleaning a french press can be a pita. I've tried instant coffee and that sucked. Then i found these coffee singles by Folgers. Coffee inside tea bags, pure genius. Although i expected these coffee bags to suck too, they don't and are now my go to product... Image

If I'm working nights, I can drink up to a gallon a day. If I have to sleep at night, my limit is a quart. During the week I got to Tim Horton's on my way to work and get a refill in my 16-oz travel mug. On weekends, I make coffee at home. My current kitchen is the size of a postage stamp and I cannot spare the real estate for an electric coffee maker. I've been using the Melitta pour-over cone that I take camping and traveling. However, I have just ordered a stove-top percolator to use instead, because sometimes I want more than a single cup at a time. I buy Kirkland Signature Medium Roast ground coffee and keep it in the freezer.
