SOLD: AK74 Muzzle Brake PLEASE DELETE

Post by Bearcat » Sun Nov 03, 2013 4:30 pm

SOLD ON ANOTHER FORUM, PLEASE DELETE

ETA: I have a basically brand new AK74 Bulgarian muzzle brake off of a Waffen Werks build. I've shot 60 rounds through it and there is a small amount of surface finish missing at the edge of the bayonet lug cutout. Asking $30 shipped. These are $50 new. SPF

I don't know if it will help you, but I had a similar issue with my light mount. I had it cranked TIGHT, but after a couple shots, the light fell off. I scratched my head, rinsed, and repeated. Same issue. Come to find out, my light (Surefire something or other), had a "sweet spot" on it's axis. If set the way I had it, it was too small for the mount. Rotate a little bit, and it's tight. I rotated it, got everything tightened down, and it's been problem free since. I figured out the issue on accident, as it wasn't very noticeable. Like microns of difference.

May be worth trying before parting with it, or the info may help the new owner.
