Seagull feathers are a much better idea than selling shoody arrows to those not in the know. Those in the know won't buy and even if you bought the commercial flights, the cost difference per arrow is, IMO not worth selling substandard gear.

But, it's your business.

What I may do with the goose feathers (substandard ones) is sell them as decoration arrows / re-enactment arrows. That was they don't get rough and tumble and fall apart as much. :)
