Hey all, The Prepper Website just released the podcast interview with me about foraging for survival. Want to live off the land by eating plants? You better be living in a pine forest!

The Native Americans in your area had what they called "Second Harvest". This was the act of going through their own feces to gather up and re-eat any seeds (calories & protein!) that passed through them without being digested. :shock:
