Sorry for not replying for a few days, I have been working a lot of overtime and when I get home I am too tired to get on my computer which is in the living room. Everything everyone has said is going to be helpful and I think waiting a year to do anything major is a good idea. After the past month at work I do not think we will even be able to get down there until the middle of the summer again. It is very hard to get time off from work when they call me in even on my off days but every bit of extra money helps. Thanks for all the good advice from everyone.
