ZS Hot or Not: Combat Loadout edition "Mall Ninja"

Post by Absit » Wed Oct 12, 2005 8:02 am

Post pictures and links to pictures of you wearing your full combat loadout, followed by a list of exactly what you carry, and if you feel up to it, why you carry it. Can we get a sticky on this mods?

We have a gun porn thread, a bug out gear thread, and a cam whore thread. I don't think we need a new one stickied.

But we don't have a thread where everyone has everything on... For instance, HULK17's post here: http://s95150067.onlinehome.us/zs/phpbb ... 7&start=48

And turan8's here: http://s95150067.onlinehome.us/zs/phpbb ... php?t=7204

I'm sure there are more burried.

'aight. The membership has spoken.

I'm not putting it under "Firearms" though. Let's add these "Mall Ninja" shots in the Gear section.

If I do this, it will be less "mall ninja" and way more "flea market pirate".
The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices, to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all its own...

Just post your real combat loadouts, if you're a mall ninja, be it, if you're a soldier, be it!

Well, there's pics of me and my gear and me wearing it all over my website and there's a pretty good explanation there too at:

Looks like you're packing light on ammo, but nice kit regardless.

Yeah your right Absit, If zombies did invade I would grab a couple of battle packs of 5.56 and 9mm to add to the pack. I couldn't post pics of me wearing it as I'm going to need assistance for that.

I don't know... i agree with kyle's first post: I dont get why this is another sticky, it seems more of the same old BOB pic's... ???

Oh well. Anyway, i will post my "loadout" as soon as i finish moding my AR15. Currently have 98% of my bugout gear and have been holding off posting pic's till its 100% complete! Still need a good rail system for the AR and a lasermax for the beretta. Should have both in a month.

The last thing is an ACOG scope. That will cost 1k and i might not have the flow for a few months. Its going to be that or a Military version EOTech scope (half the price of the ACOG).

Oh... and Gen III NV Goggles : ) But now i am dreaming!

The thread was SUPPOSED to be of people actually WEARING or USING their gear. But no one seems to care to post here :/

I think, in theory, if we can get people to get all loaded up (no, not on scotch), and post pics, then we can delete all non-pic/link posts, like the other hot or not threads.

I would really like to see everyone all mall-ninja'ed out. People, get to it!

Yeah, I'll post my loadout when I get my rifle back and my shemagh in. It'll be a damn nice thread if we can get people to actually use it. Probably doesn't help that "mall ninja" is in the title.. The thread has like 330 views, afterall.

What? Is everyone embarrassed? Ok, like I said I'll do mine as soon as I get my gear back.

I'm not embarrassed; i just A) don't have the time right now and B) want to finish getting everything i need. I don't like having to updating things every week so i want everything to be 100% complete before i post pic’s. Trust me, i have been itching to post BOB pic's but i really want to hold off a month till i have the AR rail system on the gun. Next paycheck starts this process, the one after that finishes it.

Soon man, soon!

I like the idea, post your bob and your guns and a mall ninja pic with you wearing it, then we have one sticky instead of three.

here is one from a AR15.com campout back in June. I'm the one closest to the camera. Have better pics but don't know how to edit out people's faces.
