Blackdog sighting off

Post by Blackdog » Fri Nov 27, 2015 3:20 pm

Had a Mri the other day and the results were poor.

Reading screens and typing are becoming a issue so while I can type a somewhat complete sentence I am signing off before I make a fool of myself, have fun and stay safe out there.

Sorry to hear, my friend.

Go in peace and return to us some day.

Who was this Blackdog? Loyal to his family, friends and on line community till the end. We may never really know. For now his journey goes a different path than ours. Till we meet again.
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd—
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother

Be well brother, spare a thought for those of us who wish we knew you better because we grieve not for you but for ourselves, as your absence makes our selfish little hearts know that we don't get to be in the presence of one of the good ones.

On our part we will speak of who you are, have been, and will continue to be to us here: Elder wise man, goofball, guru...human. The kind of person we are ever so fortunate to get to meet in the interwebs.

Our thoughts are with you and your family, us the text on the screen, the silly and contentious posts, the never met friends, the amateurish photos and ignorant questions. Know that on the other side of the screen are folks who wish you the best, because here in the made up world of the internet, where you can be whoever you want to be you chose to just be yourself and we all the better for it.

Remember the last hunt, the last fishing camp, and all who shared those times with you. As long as the salmon run your loved ones will be thinking of you.
