So Making these is quite easy. All you need is :
- wick
- vegetable oil
- a jar
- small piece of wood

So first if you'd like to add some nice things like I did to make it festive just add those them. put a small amount of water at the bottom and then add the vegetable oil. Next drill a hole through a small piece of wood and thread the wick through it. Next set it in the oil and let it soak for maybe 15 min. Also the wick should be about as long as the jar. I prefer cloth wicks btw. Now to thread the wick I burnt the edge to make it easier to thread. Lighting it is not that easy at first. When I use matches usually I have to use two consecutively so I recommend a lighter. When you are not using it just screw or secure the lid on it. Try not to shake it Bc it may tangle the wick.

Have a safe holiday, survivors!

I assume the festive interferes with the burning past a certain point? You'd need to maintain a certain volume of oil above that, or do you just fill the water over the decoration?

Burn the land and boil the sea, you can't take the sky from me.
