If only they were orthopedic. I hear that the VA is sending me a pair of low-cut ortho boots.

We'll see what happens. :|

I've never dealt with this company but US Prepper Gear I'd going out of business, website says Dec 5th is the last day for orders.
Their prices look discounted but you may want to do some due diligence to make sure they are actual bargains.

Stanley Adventure Series Camp 24oz. Cook Set - $8.50 on both Amazon and Walmart.com

https://smile.amazon.com/Stanley-Advent ... +Set&psc=1
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Stanley-Adve ... t/16784406

Don't know if this is a new regular low price or a temporary discount, but an all time historic low per Camelcamelcamel.com (https://camelcamelcamel.com/Stanley-Adv ... B005188T90). Normally sells for around $15 and as high as $25 at places like REI.com.

I don't own this, but it gets stellar reviews. Seems like a solid choice for bugout bags, solo campers, etc. Probably a lot more heavy duty than the aluminum cooksets I use.

Mora knives sale-o-rama.

Amazon is having a Deal of the Day special on just about every Mora knife you can think of: the Companion, Companion HD, Bushcrafter, Eldris, Craftline, Galberg, etc. Some, such as the Companion at $8.50, are historic lows.

If you haven't yet drunk the Mora koolaid, this is as good a time as any to see what all the fuss is about. Skogstokig!

I was looking at the exact same thing yesterday ... maybe it’s a sign I should splurge?!?!

I believe it does come with a sheath. At least one is pictured in the additional pictures area.

Looks like the sheath is $15 extra.....It's listed further down the page in the "frequently bought together" section.

Double whammy because it does not come with a sheath nor does Amazon sell it yet. CRKT only recently seems to have offered a sheath. The sheath on Amazon is for a different hawk

Good Christmas deals on surplus clothing. You'll have to dig for it though. Just look in their surplus section. Lots of great deals. THis is my local Surplus store.

FV433 Abbot L109 105mm self propelled gun on sale for $69,000.
https://www.atlanticfirearms.com/compon ... l?Itemid=0

Now, I have to confess I don't actually own this particular SPG,and I actually prefer the FV430 with its fixed mount. But this is still a pretty solid deal for a quality tracked artillery piece. Even if the FV433's rotating turret just adds mechanical complexity and doesn't offer any real tactical advantage for most plausible bug out situations. I mean fantasy scenarios are fun to think about it, but let's be realistic here; this is plenty of gun for the ordinary prepper.

It is a British product so there is that whole right hand drive issue, but all things considered, you could do far, far worse with your money than this when checking off that box for your mobile artillery support needs. FYI, shipping is extra.

meh...........I'll pass----looks a little dated, and would need to be freshened up

new leather interior
new paint.......maybe something in a Candy Apple Red metal flake?
new chrome rims----I'm counting 14 road wheels and 4 idlers----that's gonna cost
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.

MSR USMC XGK EX Small Unit Expeditionary Stove Combo Kit

http://www.unclesamsretailoutlet.com/category-s/343.htm

First off, use 20% code welcome2usro to get another $28 off of the stove's price of $140. Shipping should $14 but you might have to pay tax. My total would be $135

A civilian XGK EX model is $160 with a small $18 fuel bottle. Deduct the $18 and add in $42 for two large bottles so the civilian equiv total would be $184. USRO's price is good.

I have a bunch of XGKs and love the stove for winter outings or boiling large amounts of water.

The USMC stove has fuel jets for diesel and av/jp fuel but does not have one for white gas. Those can be purchased

Already over? All I see is a retail price of $346, and an "our price" of $249. The welcome2usro code still works, but that still leaves the price at $199.

This didn't work for me the other day, but it popped up again today as a Deal of The Day.

$140 minus the 20% using that code, plus $14 shipping - I payed $126. Absolute bargain.

Thanks again!
