So excited Morgan is back.

The actor the plays him (also from Jericho) is one of my favorites.

He seems to have some sanity back.

Well, we knew that Father Gabriel (actor Seth Gilliam) was coming.......but does this mean there will also be a "tainted meat" scene? There are other scenes of Gareth in the SDCC trailer, so I guess he and a few other Termites survive and become "The Hunters".

My dream, damn near wet dream, scenario in this...

Gareth and the remnants of terminus show up, he settles down and talks with Rick, the whole bygones be bygones kinda thing and It plays out EXACTLY like a scene I remember a coupla seasons back in a bar centered around a conversation about how it must be nice in Nebraska....
except.... theres a machete....got a red handle....

Edit... sneak peak on talking dead... hold on...
Oh... Father Gabriel...

Anyway...

Rick... do not fall back on the kinder gentler self now that Judith's back... Stay angry... We like you when your angry...

Well that was a great start to the season. Gangs all back together (except for Beth) and back on the road.

I agree with Rick, take out any remaining people from Terminus. The life you save may be your own.

Epic. Just epic.

Talking Dead with Conan was pretty darn good too.

I was skeptical seeing Conan on TD, but he was actually pretty good.

Carol is now officially my zombocalypse wife. The rest of y'all can just back off. ;-)

What a season premiere. For any series. Yowza.

Forget Team Glenn, I'm switching to Team Carole.

I'm hoping that Morgan comes back, but he's a working British actor and that "sign" on the tree makes me think this is a serial advertisement for Windows 10. God, prove me wrong.

Regarding who put that mark on the tree:

It doesn't make much sense for Rick & Co. to leave that Hares-and-Hounds mark......but if the surviving Termites were spread out and trying to hunt them down, that's who I'd put my money on. :ooh:

Seeing Garreth with his ledger bitching over the number of bullets expended and the room Carol walks into with the inventory of personal effects made me think about Schindler's List and the "Banality of Evil."

Considering what was said in The Talking Dead, I think you've nailed it.

Heck, it's a big world and you could probably avoid crossing paths with a Terminian. But kill them. Kill all of them. Not to save yourself, but to save everyone.

A cannibal cult that preys upon the innocent survivors of the world is lower than a zombie. I'm only surprised it took this long for someone to take them out. Terminus clearly did not have a good long term plan for survival.

Yes Carole was impressive and resourceful, but by this stage of the apocalypse the world is probably full of impressive and resourceful people. Terminus was due for retribution, and all it took to lay them low was one person who was wise to them.

Anyone else get the feeling the guy in the last flashback who said, No it's not going to be alright, might be Negin?

He kinda fit the description, so to speak.

When Carol walked into the store room that had everyone's belongings, I told my husband it was Canada.

Best premiere evah!! SPOILERS

Carol is...perfect in every way.
Tyrese got his mojo back. My only wish was seeing him impale that walker on the big spike.
Rick is almost evil, calculating Rick again. They show you how even Glenn and Daryl react to him wanting to go back and kill all the termites.
I wanted more Maggie and Sasha...for obvious reasons.
I wanted Daryl to plant a HUGE one on Carol when he saw her.
I LOVED the way Terminus was set up as inherently evil. Talking about bullet counts while slitting guys throats, holding one of their torturers for God knows how long, setting up the smokehouse to be as clean as any FDA facility. Both epic and chilling at the same time. I was truly floored when it went down in the first episode. I did not expect that.

Even Talking Dead, which normally I FF through to see the trailer for next week was good. I learned that the guy getting butchered was Terminus Mary's Son. No meat is left to spoil. Made the whole scene even more chilling.

With the casting of Seth Gilliam as Father Gregory, anyone else getting warm fuzzies from seeing another actor from The Wire on TWD?

Last night's episode was over too soon. Carol is awesome and the reunion was great.

I rather liked that we didn't see Tyreese take out the zombies outside the shack. The uncertainty as to his fate (as if there were any doubt) would have been spoiled, and the scene put me in mind of the cartoons where a ruckus happens offscreen and you see the protagonist walk back onscreen dusting off his hands.

Did anyone else notice the walker Carol took out on the train tracks?

Blonde hair, handcuffs, and those clothes look a bit familiar.

I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it looked an awful lot like Andrea.

No jaw, so perhaps when she popped her top, she missed?

I saw someone else question this on another site so I figured I'd ask here.

Anyone else?

According to Kirkman, that was the crazy guy with the face tattoos that Glenn set free from the cargo container.

They brought Andrea's body back to the prison (and I should think buried it there) at the end of "Welcome to the Tombs". Nicotero and Womble like their "Easter Eggs", so they were probably just paying homage to the character/actress......and maybe making a subtle statement that TV Carol is taking over the roll of GN Andrea.
