Tyresse I'm very disapoint. I'm still on the fence about Merle. Andrea is now a lost cause.

AARRGGHHH!!!! Tyrese is on the other side, WTF!!!!

On the other hand Merle is showing some serious promise. Its strange how is character is somehow likeable despite all of his mistakes and shortcommings.

Maybe that's why they aren't flipped-up: either they melted in the folded position and/or the front is sitting too low to be usable. :clownshoes:

“I did not realize the messiah complex was contagious.” - Michonne

Great episode!

Merle: “...just carrying out orders.”

Michonne: “Like the Gestapo.”

Merle: “Exactly.”

Andrea at the end. You knew it couldn’t be this easy. And you knew he was awake. The way Merle is back in the group strikes me as credible. Rick's cold reception of Andrea at the end seemed weird and inappropriate. He was better when she left.

Milton the spineless worm needs some poetically pathetic demise.

Well, I'm very disappointed in Andrea. I mean, come on, she now knows that:

1.) The Gov lied to her about Glenn and Maggie. That he captured and tortured them.

2.) He's a little wacked, ie- his daughter, the heads, the walker fights, etc.

3.) He lied and attacked the prison, if he was going to leave it be, why go there at all?

And she has to be some kind of stupid if she thinks she can convince the Gov. not to kill Rick and Co. It should be obvious at this point she has no influence over him. What exactly did she think she was going to accomplish?

I also didn't think she was going to knife him. But I think she will do something in the end to push things in the favor of her old group.

I never read the GN, but it's still hard to believe they just ran off 4 capable people, after Rick cracked up, I would have tried to bring Tyreese, etc. back in.

You may have some company in your assessment. Why did you think it was horrible?

I've been eager for the big reunion for a long time (was surprised at Rick's rude reception of Andrea).

And I enjoyed the less action-packed episode that spent more time with the characters and involved some old-fashioned strategizing. I found the episode suspenseful.

I did find it odd that Tyrese & Co. just showed up in the forest. I think Tyrese will prove to be helpful when he figures out what's going on in Woodbury.

I think the end of last weeks episode set the stage for some action, and this episode didn't deliver. I actually felt like everything that happened in this episode could have been covered in about 10 minutes.

Favorite Zombie Movies: so far zombieland because i think it accuratly depicts what a zombie could be like. not a dead becoming undead, but an infected human... kinda like a dog with raibies. even tho signs of other survivors were non existant in the movie except for the 4 main characters and bill murray...

Yup. He probably believes that sort of thing cannot happen to him.

Well, next week's episode should be a good one.

To quote the Blind Seer:

"You seek a great fortune, you three who are now in chains. You will find a fortune, though it will not be the one you seek. But first... first you must travel a long and difficult road, a road fraught with peril. Mm-hmm. You shall see thangs, wonderful to tell. You shall see a... a cow...a Morgan... on the roof of a cotton house, ha. And, oh, so many startlements. I cannot tell you how long this road shall be, but fear not the obstacles in your path, for fate has vouchsafed your reward. Though the road may wind, yea, your hearts grow weary, still shall ye follow them, even unto your salvation."

At least I am not the only person that noticed that as soon as it happened. Even funnier is my Wife now complaining how I pointed this out while she was trying to watch the show. :)

You are being too harsh on Andrea. Most of you are too young to remember a Nicaraguan university student Nora Astorga who lured National Guard Deputy Commander, Gen. Reynaldo "Perro" Perez Vega to her apartment for sex where he was murdered by her Sandinista confederates. After Somoza's fall the Sandinista's tried to make her Ambassador to the U.S. but we refused her nomination.

What hid behind the tree when Rick was scanning the treeline with the binoculars? Was that the Lori ghost again? Or one of the Woodbury scouts?

It was a short glance of white clothing or something. Most likely Lori's dress.
