Resident Evil Apocalypse

For those who haven't had the pleasure of this site, exposing the propoganda machine the Umbrella Corporation is using to ease fears of the masses to the truth of the T-virus' effects. This imminent threat must be explored further, as it seems the voice reaching out to inform the public has been quieted as of November. The site is definitely more than meets the eye.

On a related note,

I've just started playing RE:Outbreak. I started out with the hardass cop & handyman. Then, I tried the reporter. Now I'm using the Japanese student with a backpack. I gotta say, she's my favourite, so far. I really love having the extra storage space.

My point being, most of us have thought of our BOB kits quite a bit. Trying to fit as much in as we can. But how many have intentionally left a lot of room for supplies gathered along the way?

Of course, we're not gonna find any first aid spray, but some green herb would help a lot. If if you don't keep it for yourself, it's sure to have a high barter value.

I'm thinking that unless you live out in the bush already, you're gonna have to stop for resupply on your way there.

It might be easier to already have empty space in your pack so that you don't have to decide on the fly, whether or not to dump something.

That's a good point. I'm in the middle of throwing something together about the creation of a BOB to put on the site. I'm totally gonna steal that idea. :)

No prob, Kyle.

It was so frustrating in the game to have to keep switching items, leaving them behind, then returning for them later.

I also had to get over the idea of killing every zombie in the game & just evading them instead. My natural instinct was to destroy them all, but it just wasted time & put me at more risk.

I know it's just a game, but it's still pretty cool to see the different tactics played out.

I've got a rudimentary BOB right now. It doesn't include firearms cuz I don't have any yet. I've also left out food for now, as well.

Um, maybe it'd be better to post my other ideas in the right topic, eh?

you might want to look into a skateboerders pack for a bob more room in mine to carry just about anything and boardstraps for larger items.but you might want to hit the gym beforhand. you could get em black too.

el,

Are you referring to my pic or am I mistaken? If so, that's pretty funny. I was kinda hoping that people would think that was me.

It's actually a member of the most hardcore airsoft team in the US.

If I was mistaken, thanks for the advice.

I loved the teaser for RE:A but the new trailer suxx ass. It has a cheesy look.
I can't believe Paul Anderson passed on directing it even though he wrote it. I guess he couldn't do both AVP and it too. Eventhough his wilfe is the staqr of RE:A. I well I guess we will know when it comes out. It can't be worse than house of the dead, The worst film of the genre.

Cullybear... you quite obviously have never seen bruno Mattei's Hell of the living dead then. AFter 3 years working at a video store i can confidently say it is not only the worst movie of the genre... it's the worst movie of ANY genre.

HamJob,

I haven't played it online. I think you have to pay for that service & I use my PS2 & XBox maybe 1 every month or so. I was home from work when I got Outbreak, so I had lots of time to play it, but now there's too much else going on. Maybe when winter comes & I'm stuck inside...

I saw the trailer for RE:A in the theater last week. For those who don't know, the building that Alice is rappelling down is the Toronto City Hall! It was cracking us up watching it get blown up, as well. I think I actually prefer not recognizing locations when watching movies.

Actually, as far as I know I've never had to pay for it. Unless they slipped something onto my bill....

Oh ya, REA. Those UBCS dudes look badass! I still don't like Alice though. She's too superhuman for my liking.
