One of mine from several years ago. What would you do if you couldn't reach your kids during a zombie outbreak?

I have mine listed in my sig. I think my post-count should comfortably put me out of the 'author who joined just to sell his books'.

Despite shamelessly plugging my books...
My Zombie novel. The Zone.

My Second Zombie novel. Payload, YGAT Book 1

My Third Zombie novel. Rolling Hunger, YGAT book 2

My Western zombie novel. Sunstone

My alien invasion novel.

High Ground: Acts of God (Book II of the Adair Chronicles) is available today on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/High-Ground-Acts- ... 690&sr=1-1

Book I, High Ground: House of Adair was published on Amazon in August. I don't see it mentioned in the OP, but maybe I scrolled past it.

Hello ZombieSquad readers!

This looks like a great place to post my book HIGH WATER, by RW Tucker.

Imagine yourself, stoned as hell, trying to survive an infectious outbreak with nothing but your bare hands... and Shaolin kung fu training.

Join Peter Sharpe, microbiologist, stoner, and kung fu expert, as he battles his way through a New Jersey waterpark and its infected denizens. Meet his girlfriend, Liz, a tough as nails paralegal, good in a tight spot with her nasty knife. Finally, meet Walter who is... well, he's Walter. He's kind of a force of nature.

Can they survive the outbreak despite their THC haze? You'll find out.

http://www.amazon.com/High-Water-R-W-Tu ... B00O2AADMO

This is the first in a trilogy. Part two is out now if you enjoy the first!

Crap, I guess "completed" and "links" doesn't mean what I think it means.

I was questioning MaconCJ7's post too, as far as I can tell, this is the perfect place to put your link. I'm guessing he was being funny/sarcastic. Looks like a fun story though and I've made a note of it for future reading!

My pleasure! Yes I've been impressed with the writing here too. Some amazing talent for sure. It's kind of cool how Hollywood has really taken off with the whole zombie phenomenon lately too.

Good luck with your book!

I think it's a bit of a gray area. OP says this thread is for active ZS members' fiction, but allows some room for new arrival authors to promote their books. See my emphases in bold below.

(Thanks ren-man for the idea!)

edit: I'm making the call to reserve this first post for past/present active members, NOT authors who sign up at ZS just to post links to their stories... Feel free to post your links in the thread (you one-post-wonders) but I will (or may) not add them to this first post :D
The "Books" subforum is an entirely appropriate place to post links to and discussions about zombie and apocalyptic fiction.

I hope that clarifies things!

Ah, got it! Been a while so I either forgot or missed that part. BTW, House of Adair was great! I still need to read the sequel. Cheers!

Thanks, NM! The sequel is up on Amazon. Book III (The Key to the Kingdom) is on the back burner right now while I work on a completely different kind of novel, but I'll be completing it sometime next year and looking toward next October for release (fingers crossed).

This forum is an invaluable tool for research, atmosphere, and innovation for the post-apoc writer. I've put an indirect reference to the site in my latest zombie novel (Rolling Hunger).

I've just published my first novel on the Zombie Apocalypse. It's called - Zombie Complex - The Battle for Chattahoochee Run.

It's available free with Kindle Unlimited and previews and "Look Inside" features are now enabled.

My short story "Dog Walk of the Apocalypse" (http://amzn.to/2Acgbol) is available for free on Amazon.com TODAY (11/19/2017) thru THANKSGIVING (11/23/2017). It's about a man and his dog and their first encounter with a zombie. As a short story, it's a really quick read. I'd appreciate any Amazon reviews. Thanks!

I just published a new zombie horror short story, Zombie Cage (https://amzn.to/2LJhdh4 ) on Amazon. It follows the journey of a hastily formed team of police officers and scientists who are deposited directly into the heart of a zombie horde. Protected only by a steel cage, they aim to collect DNA sample, capture a zombie, and put radio transmitters on a few zombies for tracking purposes. In the interest of science, they aim to discover for certain whether zombies are alive, dead, or undead. What they discover may shock you!

If you like Sharkweek on Discovery, you'll love this short story. It's 99cents on Kindle and free on Kindle Unlimited. However, from August 1st through August 3rd, it will be completely free. Reviews are really appreciated.
