Midway USA has them on sale for 31.49. I think that is a pretty good deal.

I've never used an aftermarket 33rd mag that worked worth a shit, ever. I finally gave up and bought six glock mags and have never looked back.

I get mine from the mythical Botach. Twelve headed dragon to some, sexy unicorn with six vaginas to others. YMMV.

This, but they are marked for 31 rounds IIRC.

I believe the 33 round mags are a 31 round mag with a two round extension.

My guess would be for use with all the pistol cal carbines on the market that use them. A 31/33 rd stick mag might be silly in a pistol, but it makes a lot of sense for a PCC.

Yup, these are the ones I bought. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/116453 ... ymer-black" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This is what I received:

Could load more than 31 without forcing them in past my comfort level. Weird.

My apologies.

33 should mean 33. But 31 must be fun too.

I've got a question for all you extended maggers, I have a +2 Glock factory extension I want to put on a G19 mag, but when I swapped the baseplates, the little retaining button that you need to depress to remove the baseplates did not lock into place on the +2 extension. The hole is more towards the middle on the extension where the stock base plate the hole is near the front.

Is it supposed to be that way?I feel like it might not be secure and since it's the mag I keep in my G26 for HD I don't wanna risk it failing.

Who'd you get the extension from? I've only used the Lone Wolf extensions.

I got it at my LGS but in the photo on that website there are two parts, mine only came with one.Maybe the second part is the piece I need.

I like you. You seem like someone who knows how to have a good time. Cheers, props, and kudos.

I can see practical uses for 33-round Glock mags if you're feeding a Kriss, a Kel-Tec carbine, a Glock 18, or a semi-automatic pistol in some circumstance where you'd need to shoot it a lot but for some reason can't use a carbine. While driving, maybe?

A good price is something in the low 30's. Over 35 is probably a rip off. I got mine from CDNN investments though Midway has them at good prices these days. I should note these prices are for NEW GLOCK FACTORY MAGAZINES. My experience is that others, well suck.

As to their usefullness I don't know. It like to stash a couple in a bag when traveling or keep them in the glovebox of the car. A little bit of extra firepower when a long gun isn't handy. Having 3 or so of them for a Glock isn't a bad idea. Maybe I just think they are cool.

44mag.com had them on sale for 31 a pop not too long ago I think

I have 3, but I want to pick up a few more. I'm thinking about buying a sub2k that takes glock 9mm mags.

They're fun to shoot at the range in a g19 as well. More time shooting, less time reloading.

Plus they make people's heads explode when they see them

I don't know how much utility these really have. Good for keeping in a car or a backpack to have a bit of extra firepower to feed your pistol if need be. Maybe they are just cool and I use that to justify buying a few. Anyway...

I have only bought them from CDNN. Think they have them for $30 something. My personal experience is that GLOCK FACTORY are the only way to go.

Tomahawks are for poseurs. A combat glide to CQB distance though...I'll have to talk to my range personnel. An yes, that was my old man's, but he's offered it to me, since it shares mags with my G21SF.
