Great point about disease! I had not thought about that and how it might affect trading.
LOL, really? Ol' Zantra used to talk all the time about staying away from people, cause they'd probably be carrying something contagious.
I figured "crazy" is contagious so I didn't read his garbage.
Welp, now you have.

Better start using a drop box to trade with me now. I might be contagious. :ohdear:

About $90 over your budget but the Walther Creed looks pretty nice. Its essentially a ppq that has been dumbed down a bit with a crappier trigger and a few small cosmetic changes.

Same gun can be had from CDNN for 249 bucks. Figure in shipping and transfer fees and I think you could get one for under 300 bucks or a slight bit over that.

If I was in the market for another 9mm, I might pick one up. Actually, I might pick one up anyway.

Every review I've read or watched videos of on YouTube has said it's a good gun for the price even if it does look like the offspring of a Hi-Point and a Remington RP9.

Never heard of CDNN, good to know.

Sounds like you hate the Creed if your comparing it to a hi point. Lol

Nah, I'm just repeating what I read in the comments over on YouTube about it.

I've never handled a Creed, so I don't really have an opinion on it good or bad. Personally, I don't think it looks like a Hi-Point. It just looks like any other Walther pistol from the last decade or so.

Oh yeah, the new hi-cap Hi-Point prototype.

It's nice to see Hi-Point bringing out a high capacity pistol now. Folks have been asking for years for them to do that.

If the new pistol sells well, which I think it will, I'd like to see them do the same thing with the carbines.

I had a Serbian 9mm Tokarev and the front sight fell off. It's not dovetailed or pinned it's just glued on. It was functional and fit the hand nice. Break down was pretty simple. All said and done I wouldn't buy another. As other's have said for a cheap gun to give to others for WROL I gotta say Hi Point. I had a Hi Point 380 and while it was damn near impossible to field strip there really isn't any need. Since they are blowbacks they are really accurate, since they are heavy recoil is minimal, since they are single stack the magazine seems to work fine as long as you seat the bullets. Sure, the safety is crude and the trigger sucks, and it's ugly as sin but it works , it's simple, reliable, and accurate all for under 150 bucks.

I have no comment for this but it did make me question my sanity for a second.

I saw one of those at a pawn shop in New Mexico and they had it tagged as a flare gun.

To this day, I'm still not sure if they either had no idea what it really was or they knew and just didn't care.

Given what I know of this pawn shop, I'm betting it was the latter.

I really like the Star BM, I bought 3 of them. I also have got spare parts for them. Currently, I'm refurbishing them an will post photos when done. I think its the perfect size for a 9mm. Its got the "feel". I also have a hipoint c9 just to shoot some crummy lead bullet reloads with. I think hipoint single handedly killed the 25acp.
