It's...beautiful.

An SKS with PU scope, for the glory of the Proletariat! (Partly because I could use it in a dayz cosplay, partly because I've wanted one forever and why not?)

Really looking forward to a nice survival .22/.410. The new over-under Savages are "neat", but I prefer the swappable barrel types...and the new hendry has the biggest stock in modern gun history...REPULSIVE!!! Also rethinking getting a new 10-22 after shooting my old mans...talk about plenty of cheap rounds down range fast!!!!

Rossi makes a cheap .410/.22LR barrel swap combo called a matched pair. I got one at wally world for under $200 a few months back and now it's sitting in a cache.

Since you're talking swap barrels, why not go for a handi rifle and collect a few extra barrels. Not knocking your choice, but wouldn't it be nice to go .22lr, 30/30, and 12ga. Maybe a 223 or 22 hornet barrel too. Get in cheap and build up of time. Ammo would be cheap to stock deep. Just a suggestion.

OT: Current lust. Stainless BLR takedown or a Stainless Scoped T&C G2 in a weird caliber like 445 SM, 41 GNR or 375 JDJ. Oh, and 8 lbs of H110/296.
It stops being funny when it starts being you.

I want to get a pistol upper. Should get a 5.56 in maybe a 10" ish barrel, but tempted to get a 5.45 in crazy short 7.5". Worried it might keyhole in such a short barrel. Should just get a chf 12" Palmetto upper and be done.

Also interested in the new 9mm striker fired wunderguns, the HK VP9 and the Sig P320. I suspect the HK is the better choice now and that, if I wait long enough, the price of the Sig will dip (and that he price of the HK will not). Probably won't buy either because, really, I don't have a need. Just a want. The trigger on that Sig P320 is pretty sweet.

Also the Palmetto with the 20" chf barrel and Midwest free float tube, that fruit is hanging low on the vine...

I went with the Baikal (badged as a Remington) in 12 gauge / .223 over and under... it's a limiting combo in some ways, but it can do a lot of jobs. Got it for $300 and it looks like new, bore is shiny and it shoots well.

Wally World had Savage Mark II Fs for $147 before Christmas, hoping they're still around for that, I'll try to grab one tomorrow. After that, I'm thinkin' a Savage Axis Heavy Barrel in 243. Small enough for varmints, big enough for deer.

Update: Picked up the local Wally World's last Mark II this afternoon (the one out of the display case). Now just got to get some more decent weather to try out some subs.

Mostly, gun parts & tools for my next semester . But if I wanted a factory built gun I'd like to get my hands on a Savage Hog Hunter model.

Lusting for my 1906-1909 S&W Hand Ejector at the pawnshop, just put it in layaway today. Can't wait to get it from the shop next week on payday, lust for old S&W here.

Still looking for a Model 10 with a Pencil Profile barrel and not that silly ass heavy barrel. So something like a Victory model or pre 1964 I think?

Trying to decide on a short throw ambi selector for my latest AR rebuild. It's come down between the V7, Bad, and Noveske. I kind of like the V7 switch.

Thinking about 22 Hornet. Seems pretty similar to reloadable 22mag, IMO.

An AR pistol upper, a mock dissy upper, and an 18" upper.

A combination:

Winchester Model 1892 in .44 magnum (10 round capacity lever action carbine rifle)

and

Ruger Superhawk / Redhawk revolver in .44 magnum with a 6" (or so) barrel

Wanting a scope for my deer hunting rifle... so many options don't know where to start. What I have works but I feel like I would be better serviced by something else.

Just saw the movie John Wick, and as a Beagle owner, it hit me right in the feels. So now I need a compensator on a pistol, like John's HK P30. I'm thinking maybe a Beretta 92....
