I've been searching for various home made recipes for various survival, emergency foods. I have find many different recipes for many different bars, crackers, cookies, buns etc
But have found nothing relating to the
BP-5 Compact Food.

(Other than protein bar recipes)

More information can be found on Wikipedia
But not much

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BP-5_Compact_Food

If anyone has come across a recipe or some specifics I would be grateful.

Couldn't you make a biscuit or cracker with meal replacement shake powder to get essentially the same thing? I would think that something designed for people who cannot eat solid food (medically speaking) should be better or at least better researched than GNC type stuff.

It's this stuff, similar to lifeboat rations in appearance and function:

Not BP-5, but there was a discussion on homemade D-Rations here https://www.zombiehunters.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=24685
