Presently hunkered down in B.C.'s lower mainland. Zombies here are generally slow moving city drones, lots of self medicated ones, too. Happy to hear from others preparing for the end.

Thanks, although whether Canada has an effective border these days is something that is up for debate ...

Any of you ever visited Vancouver ?

If you haven't, check out the DTES / East Hastings area.

The S kind of HTF there some time ago.

Couldn't believe it when I first saw it.

Welcome from the Great Brown South (Southern California!)

From what I have read the Canadian border has been very effective at welcoming illegal emigrants crossing over the border from the United States

https://www.pri.org/stories/2017-01-12/ ... ising-fast

"The process of being admitted as a refugee once a person is already inside Canada is faster than applying from outside the country. Refugee claims made from outside Canada can take longer than five years to process for some countries, according to the government’s immigration website."

The RCMP is, literally, carrying the bags of people crossing the border illegally.

Mind boggling and really unfair.

There are many legal immigrants and legitimate Asylum Seekers that wait for years to enter Canada, go through all the Medical & Criminal checks, and (in case of Immigrants) pay all the fees.

This has really not been handled very well.
