However, a shotgun offers extreme close up support that the rifle doesn't. There is also t...

I am a 357 nut! I love them and have traded in all of my automatics for them. That being said...I do not like those little Titanium/Scandium revolvers. I practice with all of my guns and have been working on some special shooting techniques. But those damn scandium revolvers are not fun to shoot. Th...

Chain mail is not the weight of a medium jacket. Chain mail is extremely heavy! Even just a shirt. Not to mention the fact that you need to wear a padded outfit underneath to be even remotely comfortable. Armor is however important. But the lighter the better. A leather motorcycle jacket will help y...

Revolvers are very very accurate. That is why you see them in the zombie movies. Also, most zombie movies are based in more rural environments where average people are shooting zombies. But, when the military goes against the zombies they usually carry rifles. And I don't blame them. Shotguns on the...

I have carries lots of guns over the years and eventually traded in all of my autos for revolvers. My 8 shot 357s can be reloaded insanely fast with moon clips, and the brass can be ejected into a pouch for reloads in an emergency situation. The 357 is also very versatile and rounds can be easily fo...
