Okay, I am going to go pick up this damn book. Because now this apparently horrible ending has me wondering what it could be. I will buy this book, and I will read it. And if the endig pisses me off, I will call him up and explain to him, how he should change it.

Yeah, I've been checking a lot of the Rally sites. I've checked out the Skid plates and have even been checking out some of the winches. But what I really want is to toughen up my car to the point where it can survive going offroad as well as still be able to pass as a normal car. (Meaning no chicke...

Just a combination of cardio and weights will do wonders for you. If it is a lack of equipment or a lack of money, I recommend; Crunches, Sit-ups, and Pull-ups (go to the nearest playground and use the monkey bars), That being said, myself I have a bad habit of hating to do cardio. I find it boring ...

Car Prep for the Survivalist

I have seen some pics of some of the trucks the group members have, but was wondering about outfitting vehicles. Mainly what you already have. I am all about preparation. Currently, I am driving a 2004 Subaru WRX. It is a 4 door, AWD, 4cy, with a supercharger. It is perfect for my needs. And the tru...

I have only ever read the package, not used it. I saw it and it looked like straight lube as opposed to cleaner, so I left it alone and bought the more expensive Breakfree.

Personally, if I were to carry a weapon besides a firearm specifically for killing zombies. I would carry a footman's war hammer. They actually are not too heavy. And have almost no chance of breaking or reducing in effectiveness.

Hmmm...this is an interesting thread. Well, you mention both hunting as well as the world going to Hell, so I can understand where you are coming from on those points. Learning how to hunt is a good skill to have. And knowing how to shoot, is also a good skill to have. So, I have no problem with tha...

I don't buy 3/4 shorts or "capris" pants. I just cut off my pants that die after a while. I get my moneys worth out of my clothes damnit!

A sword can be a valuable weapon...and unlike some of the heavy-weight monstrosities people have thrown up here lately, a wak is a decent weapon to go around with. It's just not versatile enough to throw on a pack and go hunting zombies with. Of course even a moderately well made machete will dull a...

Okay, I normally wear pants. However, in the heat I prefer 3/4 cut pants. In the summer you will generally see me sitting back relaxing, wearing a black wife beater, cut off at the knee Dockers with huge armored biker boots. Slightly cooler with the occasional breeze on the boys. But, seriously, sho...

A 22 Long Rifle is usually around 35-40 grains. A .223 is usually 45-70 grain. The other difference is the shape of the ammo. Here is a nice comparison. For this I chose a high powder 22LR and a relativetly average round of .223. You will notice a very big difference. 22 Long Rifle Symbol: WW22LR Ca...
