Training with equipment is a luxury. Don't buy anything. You need to lift your body weight and the weight of your gear. Put on your gear and work out. You need to lift rocks and logs and people and other real world things. Work out with those, not with weights that have handles. I've got 2 5 lb san...

Figured I'd dig up an old thread rather than start a new one. I'm thinking of quiet and simple ways to work out in a confined space, IE my cramped ass apartment. I'm looking at medicine balls, those doorway pullup/sit up bars, maybe a weighted bar to do rifle PT type moves. I've got some weights, n...

Pandemics scare me most. Diseases cannot be fought against without the use of medication, in a pandemic, medication will seriously be lacking. Besides, diseases are always becoming resistant to our medications, which doesn't help. There's also the threat of a completely new disease appearing. For ex...

Pretty interesting stuff. But, 28 days later is just a movie, it's not exactly ment to be 100% realistic, in fact, the whole idea of zombies isnt very realistic. I suppose there is a chance something of the sort could happen, even if it seems really unlikely. Anyway, cool info.

I'm not a big fan of katanas either, they're fast...but speed is useless unless your fast yourself. I'm sure medieval weapons would have their uses...but unless you know how to actually use one, you might as well just buy a gun. Swords aren't used in warfare for a reason you know. They take time to ...

'Id have to say im pretty prepaired for some aspects I might have to deal with in the PAW. I'm pretty good in the woods and getting food/water and making shelters. However, I dont have any firearms, so im pretty much useless around raiders or zombies (unless I can out run them)
