Re: Insect Bite of doom

The cream is working I think...the swelling has gone down a bit at least. All the doctor told me was that it was probably an allergic reaction. I think its just some super insect that bit me, something that I've never been bit by before. I've had big ugly bites before but none the size of my arm. Wh...

Re: Insect Bite of doom

I was wearing long sleeves and long pants with bug repellent when I went backpacking. I'm normally pretty good in not getting any mosquito bites until their mating season hits. Thats why I was kinda curious about this bite. But you might be right, might be a spider bite of some sort, because I didn'...

Insect Bite of doom

So, I'm sure we've all had our share of nasty, itchy, painful insect bites. However, Saturday morning I got a regular mosquito looking bite on my arm. By Sunday morning the bite seemed to be covered from my wrist to an inch from my elbow and my arm was swollen. I've never had this happen to me befor...

Yes, Castro has been sick for a while, and while some people go on and on about how great the Cuban healthcare system is, truth be told Castro had surgery prefromed on him a few months back by a team of doctors from Spain (it may have been a stomach issue, but don't quote me on that). Now I'm start...

I think it depends on what qualifies for 'batshit crazy'. I just hope Raul kicks the bucket soon too, then there won't be a figurehead to follow anymore and the regime will crumble. Take it easy there...you may not agree with communism, but hoping someone like Raul kicks the bucket hits some people...

My concern is how this my play out with Chavez. Lots of those types of politics in my neck of Florida. Further south its even worse. There are more Cubans an Venezuelans per capita around here than anywhere except those two countries. I'm not ethnically biased when I say that. My husband is Hispani...

Does the volunteering have to be for a charity? or can it be for an organization? For example does volunteering as a boy scout leader count? Yup. Seems to fit the bill. But, I'd ask Mike (Jamoni) to be sure. Email him at vap@zombiehunters.org I got the up-check for both Boy Scout leader and Venture...

When I donated blood they made me answer a ton of questions. A lot of them dealt with tattoos. I don't think you can donate blood if you got you're tattoo less than 6 months...but it's probably different where you are. Kyle's advice is probably best. Anyhow, good luck. I got pretty dizzy after givin...
