family of 4 I live in louisville ky 10 mins. from down town ,just wondering what to do if we needed to get away from the city?
I guess when I thought of bugging out I didnt think of just relocating the Rambo thing was the first thing that came to mind.

Lets say tshtf and you dont own your own BOL where does one go?

knife care ?

noob question, I just got my first mora it has a carbon blade ,and I was wondering what is the proper way to take care of a carbon blade and what is the best way to sharpen one.

as far as a how to, I got all my info off of youtube a ton of videos and a lot of good info.
I guess the best info I can give since I only done it one time is to be patient. :D

I made fire

I'm still fairly new to the survival thing so this was a really big deal. After many many tries, tonight I made fire with a bow drill!!
I was shocked really at how it made me feel, kinda primal. Any way I know this is old hat to some but I thought it was cool.

I dig the tacticoolness of the gerber lmf but I like the simplistic design of the mora ,I ran across the buck vanguard today and I really like it. what would your thoughts on this be. would it make a good all around camp/pack/what ever knife?
