Re: Zombie themed songs?

It's a contagion, invasion, rampaging,
with no vaccination.
Six feet down, coming out of the ground,
looks like it's getting around.
It's a virus, apocalyptic,
You won't survive this, you can't protect it!

Greetings from Chicago!

Beaches slow your movement rate and constrain your tactical movement options. Avoid during ZPAW.

That said, I love the beach :)

Welcome aboard

In the modern, profit-and-marketing driven entertainment industry, anything that would event HINT of pissing off a huge segment of your target audience (active and retired military and supporters) won't last long.

Hey welcome, and thanks for delurking. You are fortunate to be living near the biggest ZS Chapter out there, ZSC001. I definitely recommend meeting up with them in person if you can, they're a great group of people.

I will be there, and more importantly, the chick I live with that makes the fresh bread on the fire will be there. (My wife Sylvia) This year she's riding her Ducati. She's that cool. Tell Sylvia that we're looking forward to seeing her there, and if she ends up slaughtering any deer by the side of...

Re: Self Reliance and Natural Testosterone Production

Let me put it a different way. I don't think that one has to be suffering from low testosterone production for the things on your list to be of benefit. Consuming less saturated fats, sugars, alcohol, and so forth, along with exercising better, will make you a healthier person regardless of your tes...

Re: Self Reliance and Natural Testosterone Production

I think it's a bit of a no-brainer that if you do the things in your list, you'll be more healthy. Whether or not this has anything to do with testosterone production is a separate question, I think.

Re: The love for crowbars...hate for sledgehammers/axes

I think you may have answered your own question. If most people are planning on carrying firearms, then adding a 6lb axe for use as a weapon wouldn't be a wise use of space. There are pretty good reasons why firearms have completely supplanted large melee weapons over the past couple hundred years. ...

Re: Opening a Can With Only Your Hands

Do people no carry P51s with themselves anymore? I don't go anywhere without at least five bottle openers, three knives, two can openers, four ways to start a fire and the ability to cook. Our chapter actually gives out P51s and P38s as convention swag. I usually have at least two with me at any gi...

Re: 12 ways to break firearm rules you might not have though

The point I see here is the reiteration that safety rules should overlap so that you have to break several before something bad happens. It's my goal to be continually mindful about safety and not get too complacent about anything. Quite fucking true. Complacency kills. Motorcycle riders often say ...

Re: The love for crowbars...hate for sledgehammers/axes

The great thing about fireman's axes is that they have big trucks to carry them on and teammates to help them. They're certainly not weapons * though, and I don't think you'll find a fireman who would say they are. mystic_1 * not in the "designed purpose" sense, naturally just about anything can be ...
