Re: Anybody using the German Mess Kit?

I prefer the Czech mess kit. Much more open for pan frying or cooking for more than one. It's still small and lightweight. But thick walls. It won't crush when it gets stepped on. Also holds alcohal and a cat stove with room to spare. https://i.imgur.com/FkSWWcj.jpg Bought 2 of those as well. Very ...

Re: What are YOU currently lusting after? (firearms related)

So Im still urning for a Henry Survival Rifle. Wont set me back too bad so I can afford it...unlike saving up for the others. Any reason not to get one? You talking about the AR-7? I bought one years ago when they first came out. Best .22 rifle I ever owned. Accurate as all get out (could cover a 7...

Ive been into SpinTires: Mudrunner prettt hard. beat all the maps and challenges. Not 100% but completed the objective nonetheless. Payday 2 was and is still fun. If I play GTAV, its alone and I take photos with various trucks around the map. Love driving tanker or box trucks. I do the same thing i...

Re: What are YOU currently lusting after? (firearms related)

Someone talk me out of the Henry Survival Rifle. And anything in 45/70. I wish Remlin would get their feces together with the Guide Guns. Id get a stainless model. Doesn't Henry make a stainless steel Guide Gun ? I know I've seen the brass and blued steel .45-70 lever guns, but I don't recall a sta...

BFG A/T KO2 a bit to expensive for my blood. I'm hoping to come in around 600-700 with installation. I paid $725 for my set plus $60 install, shipped too. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk I'll have to look for sales. Maybe Christmas isn't the best time. I'm seeing $225 a piece. I hit about $120...

I have planned for that.

1. Get a full sized van and live in it.
2. Divorce wife and find a sugar momma.

Re: Bushwick - SHTF/Civil War II Movie

Watched it the other night, I loved it! You know it was low budget, you know there was some bad dialogue, but over all the shots were well planned and cinematography was great. I actually like the ending, it seemed realistic to me. It may have sucked because it wasn't happy go lucky everyone lived ...

I felt the same way. His acting is not bad. Funny they chose Janitor as his profession.

Re: Ideas on best bug out firearms?

No best option.

Depends on scenerio. Im a huge shotgun fan. So depending on scenerio, Id take one. But if I did not, itd be a 10/22 or an AK variant (SKS currently in NY).

But for sidearms, Id more likely bring a revolver. Not my huge 460, but more likely. 6" 357.

Just what Id use.

Re: Firearms Chat 5: #pewpewlife

I'm just glad 10mm is getting some attention. It's been around for a while after considering other rounds like 45acp (yes, it's true I don't have a 45), and other mag rounds I looked at loads and saw that you have some comparable stats between .41mag and 10mm, but the 10mm gets more than say 6 shot...

I just bought a used NAA Gaurdian 380 for $230 plus $20 transfer... A lot heavier than the Kel-Tec or Ruger LCP, but stainless steel and has a nice feel to it... Nice backup or deep carry piece ... or "just cuz' !" https://northamericanarms.com/shop/firearms/naa-380acp/ Cb Jealous. Been wanting one...
