Re: Whats the big frigen deal?

who would you notice first walking down the street, someone dressed in regular street clothing, the tactical mall ninja or a naked guy with an AK. Well that would depend entirely on your areas demographic. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2 Good point, lets say midday on main street may...

Re: Container ship breaks, floats in two pieces

Actually, I read that it's packed with engineered military grade viral weapons. Okay, I made that up, but what the hell. You're a writer for infowars.com, then? The viral weapons are just a cover for the nude bomb. If all the clothes in the middle East disappeared well shesh, you can only imagine. ...

Re: DeWalt Sidestrike Chisel as camping knife/tool?

I can't believe I didn't make the connection between the Dewalt and the EOD breached bar, I own one! I was looking at the pic and thought, "gee, that sure is familiar, oh well I guess I'll stop thinking now and go back to stomping on kittens." Or, you know, whatever else I may have been doing at the...

Re: DeWalt Sidestrike Chisel as camping knife/tool?

It looks... interesting.

I'm not a fan of the design; it seems like it would be too easy to slice the shit out of my hand. As a general rule I don't like multiple sharp edges on knives or tools. What is the asking price at Home Depot?

Re: Garden, chicken coop, and solar project (lots of picture

Thanks for all the compliments, folks. :) I'm farrrrr from an expert on this, but I try very hard to do it right (when I can afford it, and when I know how). I kick myself every day - my father was a carpenter that knew how to do *all* of this, and do it well. I kick myself because I should have pa...

Re: MIT Active Shooter

What you're neglecting to include is that the Police released two of those photos of innocent people and stated that they were 'Persons of Interest'. The Police asked for the help of the public. The NY Post and other Media outlets didn't just decide on their own to release them after they found the...

Re: MIT Active Shooter

Reddit, Twitter, and zs were at times hours ahead of network news, however, there was some less than accurate information due to difficulties understanding scanner info. Still overall good reporting. The main battle was non-vetted information. I have no capacity to check sources, and only heard wha...

Sounds like White Hat was severely wounded, so they may not get the chance to have a chat with him.

That's a good graphic, dogbane. I hope we learn what their original plan was, because I've always thought that many cities in the U.S. would be especially susceptible to a Mumbai type attack, where the terrorists had previously scouted locations and did a sort of run-and-gun attack. I don't think th...

It's how modern policing works; you can't just turn them off.

All the good stuff is happening on tactical channels that are coded, but the general net is not.
