Re: Jesse

Jesse remembered during the months he was in prison, the Latin gangbangers would play their music over the tinny speakers and make jailhouse tamales out of bags of Fritos and douse them in hot sauce. He liked both the music and the tamales, and found an In by being able to supply them with BBQ beef ...

Re: Jesse

A little something to get back into the flow. From his place of concealment--a small closet like room off the gathering place--Jesse watched as Ron gathered his crew together. The remains of the supplies had all been handed out, and the man who was the supposed leader of the caravan cast a quick lo...

Thanks, man!

I enjoy Cooper as well, and not having it told chronological is easier on me...

As for Sanjana, well, that's a story that might still happen.

Glad to hear you're still around, man. This story is a great one - I've been subscribed to this for years waiting for you to continue :) Me too, I guess I’ll have to go back and read all the other books in anticipation of this one continuing. I didn't even want to start this story until I knew it h...

Re: the Defensive Shotgun; How we make it work--MilCopp Blog

So I've been rebuilding my maverick 88 to increase its effectiveness (sling, buttsaddle with magnum slugs, esstac side saddle with magnum 00 Buck, fiber optic front bead, working on a light solution) and when I went to pick up extra ammo, I mistakenly bought (single aught) 0 buck instead of 00 or 0...

Cooper and the llama stopped at the garage on the way home. Jolene and her uncle accompanied him, the mule loaded with his new trade goods, received in exchange for the items taken from the men who had been following Jolene. Cooper gave the place a careful once over before approaching; he waited for...

The rain increased as they walked. The llama had fallen into a steady pace beside Cooper and the animal seemed to have accepted that the human could only go so fast. The air was cooler with the moisture falling from the sky. Cooper wished he had not given into his argument of conscious and stayed in...

He watched her until she disappeared into trees covering the roadway. Cooper finished his own food, used the water he had heated to make a quick cup of tea and clean out the pan and bowl. While the tea seeped, Cooper repacked the food and the cooking utensils. He watched the rain fall to a miserable...

Re: Cooper; new stuff added 01/20/2017

This story takes place after the very first story, in the timeline, and after the A-frame is started by David. It was written under the influence of redheads and blondes, Jo Dee Messina, Dena Carter, and Cat Beach. So, this little tale is kinda for them. Cooper and the Llama moved down the rocky pa...

Re: Well I have to replace the Kahr

.22s are not defensive rounds.

Personally (and the opinion of others who have owned them), the LCR isn't worth it, you'll have the same problems you're having with the Kahr.

The LCR is a fantastic little revolver.

Get the Glock.

Outside the big windows moon light reflected off the snow and filtered through the sheer curtains they had...

Wise Foods every now and then does 72 hour packs for $20, and I buy one then. Right now, I know my Instagram feed has Wise Food sales going on for the 72 hour packs, probably Facebook as well. Otherwise there are better ways to go, and better tasting.

Re: Browing Hi-Power

Fuck refinishing it. I'd keep that bitch as beat as you bought it. I refinished a HP and I hated that I did it. Disconnect the mag safety and maybe a better drop in trigger and new springs. Other than that, keep it as is. It's a 1957 Browning HP; those wear marks tell a story. Let that story be told.
