Best place to shoot a deer.......close to the truck. I've never taken a neck shot, but I've seen one taken. Didn't twitch, didn't jerk, didn't move. She just fell over like she'd been tipped.

I have real bad luck with tiny parts like that so I'm paranoid about that kind of stuff and usually look at a job going, 'ok what am I going to break or lose while doing this?'. I am notorious for this as well, for me its those tiny screws used here and there inside electronics, so tiny. Ever...

If you like it and can afford it, just get it. Milsurp and foreign LEO trade-ins generally come in by the boat load, dirt cheap to start out. Supply diminishes and price increases. Apparently it can take Mec-gar CZ mags. That's the icing on the cake.

I vote for the top break H&R with half a cylinder and no trigger. Oops sorry, I thought this was a Twizzler thread.
Pistol and don't over think it. Nothing penetrates adequately without the possibility of over penetration.

Wow, half of your posts are links to LAPG. Big fan I guess. Do you have a pair of these jeans? Any pro's/con's etc., or did you just want us to know that they're on sale?

I never lost money but there are a few times I could have done better if I'd waited a bit longer. Several SKS's either Chinese or Yugo; My M44 Mosin and a Chinese Tokarev.
The ones I really wish I'd hung onto are the Ruger Speed 6, Beretta CX4 carbine and Ballester Molina, in that order.

Re: El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie
One of the greatest things about Breaking Bad is that they ended it. They told the story and didn't try to run it into the ground, unlike a certain zombie show on the same network. I was skeptical about Better Call Saul, but I've been impressed. It could stand on it's own. I hope I'm as impressed wi...

I tried, I really did. 'There's a clandestine group of guerilla fighters lurking in the woods. They are notoriously difficult to track and they want to wipe us all out, down to the last the last child. Why don't a bunch of us go out on horseback and ride, literally rough shod, through open ground lo...

I have had mold destroy at least $1000 (replacement cost) worth of gear this month. The cost is slowly climbing. And we are moving. But my wife looked up how to deal with mold using essential oils. I have a Chinese chest rig which I have mixed up 4 parts carrier oil, 1 part tea tree oil, and spread...

Found ammo = nothing good. I've seen experienced loaders fire off a squib and I've seen a guy that had no business around press blow up a Blackhawk. And I mean Ka-Freaking-Boom, looking for pieces, coulda been looking for fingers. Saturday afternoon, Asheville NC, circa 2003, driving home from a few...

Likely the red would turn some shade of brown and the greens would take on a darker shade, depending on how the fabric takes the dye.

These are a much better price, about as authentic as they get and probably don't belong to a dead guy.

If the parts you are putting on don't include scary evil parts like a detachable magazine, pistol grip, flash hider or shoulder thing that goes up, 922r doesn't apply.

I need to reread "Guerilla Warfare & The Special Forces," watch Rambo, Red Dawn, Terminator, and bask in the glory of the 1980's. But it's all retro now. Communists around the world, Russians at odds with the US, nukes, Brownells releasing the retro AR line and AR 18, it all feels so warm and famil...

I don't know what kind of reading material they get at ADX Florence, but I sure hope Eric Rudolph gets to read this story.
