As of right now, most models have it staying out to sea. http://icons-ecast.wunderground.com/data/images/at201112_ensmodel.gif The above is hotlinked and will update as they update their data. A few of those predictions have Katia coming over to the UK without making landfall else where. If this do...

Call 911. I would not let that van out of my sight. I am going to get to the bottom of this one way or another. If I am wrong I will say I am sorry, But I would not let this go. Yeah, this. If you were wrong and explained to the person who you called the police about and explained what you had seen...

Re: Mobile CB help.

Thanks sheddi, seems to confirm what I heard too. Sorry to hear about the car, the RAC does come in handy at times though - hope it doesn't cost too much to repair.

Turned my handheld on last night/this morning at 3.30am on CH19 and heard a couple debating Coke over Dr Pepper - pretty bloody bizarre.

Seems pretty quiet tonight, nothing reported on the news, plus it's raining up here in Manchester which always helps keep the dicks inside.

On an unrelated note, I just turned my handheld CB on - one of the radio shack types with an 8 cell battery and a longer whip - and some random dude is playing Meat Loaf - I Would Do Anything for Love on channel 25.
So at least someone round here uses their CB...

Re: Mobile CB help.

sheddi, how many people do you hear on the CB? I drove down and back from Brighton last week and heard nothing on CH19 at all - about 15 hours driving total. I even checked I could hear myself on a handheld.

Also, different countries have different definitions of what constitutes a 'firearm' - in the UK any pressure bearing part as well as others are considered firearms.

Re: What to do with dried chillies?

So it's quite easy then, I'll whizz a few up in our blender - we have some chicken for tea tonight so I can experiment. I knew when I bought these they weren't really hot, I got them more for flavour. Here is some info. I got for them; Ancho Grande SR 1,000-1,500: This is a mild, sweet chilli with a...

What to do with dried chillies?

I recently bought some dried chillies off eBay - THESE ONES - 100g of each. I didn't think 100g was that much, but I was very wrong. I now have all these chillies and I'm not sure what I can do with them. My only real plan so far is to make chilli oil but other than that I'm at a loss. So, can anyon...

Have you chrono'd this one? If not, any chance you could chrono it with say a 158 grain lead projectile? I'd be curious to see the results of it.

And keep up the awesome work!

Re: Escort MP-A Autoloading 12 Gauge?

I own a 24" barrelled one of these - not shot it much, fired maybe 75 rounds through a mixture of SG (00 in the US ;)) and 7.5 birdshot. No problems at all - but then again 75 rounds isn't much of a test. Hatsans are quite popular over here (I also have one of their pumps) due to the fact Remingtons...

Re: FNH FiveseveN (5.7x28)

If you're going to be turning the gel around and re-using it - shoot the main ammo you want to shoot, say the 9mm and 5.7 out of a pistol first into fresh gel take loads of pictures and go from there. Found this picture that Terry Gecko posted on ar15.com; http://i298.photobucket.com/albums/mm274/Te...
