Re: "Daily COVID-19 SITREP In Your Area"

I was just giving an example of road closures in Maine, in reference to my statement in the first paragraph of my post, about the outbreak in the nursing home. Sorry if that was misleading. The reporting on the vigilante driveway closure on Vinalhaven Island hasn't included pictures. Yet. OMG You'r...

I think things are moving towards more normal ( at least in some areas. ) I think I posted earlier this week that we found TP at Menards ( several Pallets ) and saw a lady carrying two large packs out of Dollar General. I think it was Monday or Tuesday .

Re: "Daily COVID-19 SITREP In Your Area"

Maine 3/29/20. 253 cases. Seems to be increasing by about 12 new cases each passing day. Still very low numbers comparatively, although the death toll tripled over night from one to three. Localized outbreak reported in at least one nursing home. All non-essential businesses are pretty much closed....

Alabama has issued a non-essential business closings state wide. No SIP. Haven't even gave us masks, but same here They don't have any to give us. But now that it in the open I can wear the "one mask" I have on hand. But I don't see the point. We are all going to get it anyway. The point is sick fi...

Re: Abandoned mall photos

My son likes to photograph abandoned places. Couple years back he went to an abandoned mall in Topeka. He heard people screaming, loud breaking noises and voices talking. But the creepiest thing he said , was as he was taking pictures down the length of the mall ,some guy came out of one of the shop...

Sort of reminded me of people at a beach seeing the water line receding, and walking further out to pick up shells, collecting the fish flopping on the now greatly extended beach. There's going to be a fish fry tonight with this unexpected bounty! Thanks, now I'm hungry for sushi. Sounds like the f...
