Re: Bugged out five weeks ago...

Love the updates! Been by a few times (I hit up KettleHouse on the way to my cabin to fill some growlers and figured I might as well see the progress!), maybe sometime I'll stop and say hello ;)

Re: Kawasaki KLR650 & AK47 across the Arab world. Documentar

I just found an INCREDIBLE documentary about this guy on Netflix. It's called "Point & Shoot". He actually fought in the Libyan Revolution. And spent 5 and half months in a Libyan jail cell. He was a pretty well known American that fought with the Libyan Rebels to oust Qaddafi. FASCINATING document...

Re: All purpose NFA questions thread

I am really close to starting on the road to get my first rifle suppressor. I am very satisfied with my first Silencerco suppressor and love the qualities of their new Omega suppressor (Smaller than most, lighter than most, quieter than most, will work with my 5.56 SBR and my 7.62x51 AR-10 and (mos...

Re: What have you bought lately? (Bug Out Version)

I bought a sleeping bag carrier so I can carry it outside of my patrol pack. (sleeping bag is not compressed, hence why it looks huge) Not pictured, but I also bought two Woobies because you can never have enough Woobies!

Re: Seeking improvised shelter ideas for winter warfare cour

Spent some time at the Northern Warfare Training Center for Arctic Light Infantry Training I & II. I don't have any pictures of my shelters since I didn't have a camera, but their website has some good stuff: http://www.wainwright.army.mil/nwtc/cwic.htm

Re: The Map Project

What about instead of posting addresses you post rally locations and radio frequencies? That gives an opportunity for people to still meet and greet without giving away their permanent locations. Plus, people are sketchy. I'm not going to knock on any doors. For example (and I just randomly picked t...

My RPK finally came in! Had my dealer install and pin the thread adapter for my silencer. Sorry for a somewhat grainy picture.

Re: ZS Hot or Not: Firearms edition (PICS AND LINKS ONLY)

Threw a Noveske PIG on my SBR. The PIG took a lot of torque to get flush. I'll probably use my 5.56 silencer for .22lr. Waiting patiently for my RPK to come, but first it has to come to my gunsmith and get an adaptor welded on to fit my 7.62 silencer. I'm very impatient. +10 points for tactical purp...

Yeah, I got lucky and my '07 X has the 4.10 due to the tow package.

Congrats on the purchase - that's one fine looking Jeep.

I love my '07 Wrangler Unlimited. My credit card hates it

Re: 2000 Ranger + 2007 Jeep Wrangler BOV builds?

I have a '07 Wrangler Unlimited. I just put on a 2.5" Teraflex lift (the spring kit, not budget-boost). It was only $730 and a great way to tuck 35" tires under the Wrangler while replacing parts of the aging stock suspension, as well. You can get air-compressors that fit under the hood for about $7...
