Lots of folks buy bows w/o test driving any bow at all, thinking it'll be easy and they'll love it. Then, when they finally hit the shooting range they discover its not as e...

Re: The weight of your BUG Out Bag, INCH Bag, et al...

When I put mine together I started with a full 72 hour pack and modified it accordingly. My target goal was to have my gear at or below 35 pounds. I found that the best source for tips on long term backpacking are the folks who obsess over the extreme hiking stuff... the ones who are obsessed over e...

Honey is a must have.

I opted for those small ketchup sized packages of honey you can get at Starbucks for my bag. I have about 10 or so..

The weight of your BUG Out Bag, INCH Bag, et al...

One in particular the owners proudly proclaimed it weighed in at a back numbing 96 pounds! So my question fo...

About the only place ACU will camouflage you is the coffee lounge in E Ring at the Pentagon.

Re: It's starting (again).....

Guns and Leather in Springfield TN (North of Nashville) is selling a case (500 rds) of Federal M193 55 grain 5.56 ammo for $250.00 plus tax. They told me without blinking an eye the price is so high because they can't get it. I went home and promptly ordered a 900 round case from Wideners for $289.9...

Re: It's starting (again).....

Yeah the ramp up is beginning.

If you want to buy any ammo for any upcoming training classes, you might want to do it now, before the chaos is in full swing and prices hit the roof.

Same for mags... :(

It'll be 2008 all over again, Im afraid.
