Re: Your Sharp Friend: The Pocket Knife

I usually carry a swiss army knife in a small pouch made to fit a knife and a similarily sized flashlight. Sadly it was taken away from me by my parents(Yeah I know I am not 18 but this is the only forum I can relate to) when I used it to make a bully back away(He was trying to push me in a corner,s...

Re: WTF Rifle of the Month *Open to all kinds of guns now*

The Saiga mounted under the AR is IMO better than the xm-26 because its a semi automatic firearm instead of a bolt one, and both are about the same size so weight and size when comparing is not an issue.

Re: Consequences of Going Loud

I would have to find some sort of silencer for my weapon or make my own silencer. I heard about making a silencer out of a 2L bottle of somesort. This however makes no sense to me I don't see how that would silence it. A pillow perhaps. You run up on the zombie put a pillow between your gun and his...

Re: AIM TO THE BRAIN!! ok but where ?

I dont know about if this information is usefull: We ues 100% of our brain just not all the time just like when you drive a car you dont drive the max mph your car can muster. Since different parts of the brain do different things, similarily like a car, the AC cools down the passengers while the en...

What about one of those PSA(Palmetto State Armory) AR's they run about 600$ and the AR is similar to the M16. Either that or a get a Savage Arms rifle, cheap and accurate out of the box.

Re: Ruger 10/22 inside a Barrett M82

I would say the 3 main driving reasons for these projects are easy, cheap, and fun. there can be other reasons but if you don't have all 3 of those it wouldn't make sense. which is why putting a 10/22 in a p90 shell or one of these 50 cal shells makes sense but not an AK. What about buying a airsof...

Main reason I heat my home with wood is because its cheap( we get how much we want for free for helping this guy chop it).

Re: Best all around livestock animal?

Sheep would be my first choice while chickens would be my second choice. The reason for this is 1 sheep can give you about 20-40 kilos of food and they can be milked and shorn(which means sheep=meat,milk/cheese and cloting) And whoever says sheep cant be milked has obviously never milked a sheep(it ...

I found once a Anschuts rifle made for Biathlon it was cheap and all but I didnt buy it cause of the weight(it weighs like 14 pounds = 7 kg, and its a .22lr rifle)

Duct tape and/or superglue?? Wouldnt that work? You would have to reapply it after every stab though.

The income tax I believe is about 25%(if you are a foreigner like me) It really depends on how much you earn the more you earn the bigger taxes. According to Wikipedia "payroll" tax is from 0-14% So hope that answered your question(I really didnt mean to be offensive to US residents) The pay is high...

Re: Five-seven Vs RIA .22 TCM

I would probably go for the .22 TCM( if they manufactured the ammo in Norway, it wouuld be fantastic for me) Main reasons for .22 TCM over FN 5.7 -More weight = more stability(i believe, there is a fine line between too light and too heavy IMHO) -almost half the price for the gun itself = you can al...

you should get a .357 revolver because it can use both .357 and .38 Special and both of those rounds are common(giving you a dual caliber revolver). If you have your heart set on a 38 sp do yourslf a favor and buy a .357 And I forgot to mention that shooting .38 sp through a .357 will have less "ki...

for not wasting water a good trick to wash hands, pots, pans etc is to use warm sand(it doesnt have to be warm). If you live somewhere where there are sand-filled deserts its usefull, its usefull everywhere if you can find sand.

What I would attempt to do is to organise neighbours and friends to make a makeshift wall out of cars(not all are in use if the roads are clogged) around for instance a shopping centre or off-radar neighbourhood, in the edges of the city.
