Re: Rumor: Single-stack glock at SHOT 2013

I decided to do a little more digging about the DB-9 I have only finger fucked one at a gun shop, But I loved the trigger and the way it sat in my hand. Best of luck if you get one, mine was utter rubbish. Sent it back to the factory twice, after the second time it would finally feed and cycle ball...

LOL, gibberish, it's late and I've had a long day. I prefer Tango Down BG17's, I have tried several other types but these work best for me. BG16's might work better for folks with smaller mitts, either way they are grippy and feel very solid.

Re: Which AR15 Pistol Grip?

Is that a real rifle? Looks like a hipster's sweater, that would be fantastic camo for riding to the beanstreets on a fixie. Top it with a beret or porkpie hat and nobody would be the wiser.

There's a Winkler in that shot, you forgot to detail the best part.

Glad it worked out, it's a beautiful gun. I picked up a Kimber ultra RCP a couple months ago and like you I read on the interwebs that I should expect trouble but so far it has been 100% with everything from cheap ball to 185gr +p.

Finally finished the New Frontier budget build. The raptor charging handle works a treat but I was a bit less than impressed with the Rguns Nib BCG, staking looks like it was done with side cutters...

I like the look of the hammer but have read that the cheek rest interferes with the charging handle. The SOCOM has been great so far.

I believe you are thinking of the microclip, Stumpgrinder and I agree fully. In fact I'm wearing one right now but have ordered the minituck to replace it.

Thanks guys,

One thing I wasn't particularly thrilled with is the included magazine, I'm surprized it fed as well as it did considering how it feels. I have a few tripps on the way.

My New Carry

Last week I decided that I wanted to change gears on the EDC. My PM9 was not really cutting it for me as, well, I just don't shoot it very well. The trigger, although smooth breaks a bit too far back and the grip is just too small for my mitts. The XD-S crossed my mind but after examining one that a...

Re: The All Purpose AK Thread

Picked up a SLR-107F shortly after the incident, I like it. It shoots well and the simplicity is nice. I have a T1 sitting around gathering dust and have given thought to an ultimak but I'm still on the fence as to whether I want to clutter it. http://raindog314159.smugmug.com/Other/M4/i-SDv3N8K/0/X...

New EDC (Gayle Bradley)

I've been in the market for a new EDC for some time now. I've been working with S30V with good results but wanted something that was just a bit easier to sharpen and hold an edge longer. Folks seemed to be having good luck with CPM-M4 so I went about trying to find an affordable candidate, easier sa...

Re: Let's talk about... slings...

Urban ERT works perfectly on the PS90, Vtac is great on the E4 and I've found nothing to my liking for the M4 so I'm using an MS3. I will say that the attachments are beautifully made on the MS3 but it is a piss poor two point IMO, cinching it requires a third arm located somewhere on your back. I h...

Microtech scarab is my EDC. I've beat the hell out of this thing and it's been nothing but perfect. MT owns the OTF market in my opinion, for a great side opener try Pro-Tech.
