Re: anyone get an LC9 yet?

I might be better off with an LCP anyway... hard to get more concealable than that.

Re: .22 Handgun for survival

If you ever want to go the suppressor route, it's a lot easier too get a threaded barrel and swap it out on a Mk III.

Re: Zombie Traps

I would say put them in a cage dangling from a helicopter... some kind of winch would be necessary. Dip that sucker just in front of the zombie hordes and lead them into the Grand Canyon.

Every time this happens, it'll be front page news. Every time a gun saves a life, forget it.

The owner should lose his CHL for 5 years.

Sure it is.

When you consider that Zombies are only after one thing and one thing, asking why they aren't after something else is ridiculous.

Re: Why don't Zombies eat each other?

I think it boils down to the fact that the overwhelming zombie urge - the only urge - is to eat living flesh, especially human flesh. You might as well ask, "Why don't zombies eat apples? Why don't they day trade?" It's amazing to consider they have one single pursuit that drives out all awareness, ...

Re: Ketl Tec P32 - 2 Problems - Ideas?

HPs have feeding problems.

I'd suggest FMJs or trying different HPs.

ETA - maybe something with a narrower "mouth." Or even semi-jacketed soft points if they sell 'em in .32.

My understanding is the most important consideration when purchasing an AK is the country of origin.

My CAI Yugo M70 is awesome. It was laying next to some CAI WASRs that were complete trash...

The 19 is ridiculously popular.

If you didn't like the XD .40, I wouldn't go with .40. I wouldn't trade my 9mm XD.

Zombies ignore dead flesh not long after the man or animal expires.

There's no evidence to suggest that zombies are even aware of one another ie a pack mentality, etc.

Tantos can be a PITA to sharpen. I have a very handy pocket sharpener that works great with them, though - an easy two part process (long edge than short edge... probably a better technical term out there, but whatever). It's not exactly the best to put an edge on a knife, though it seems to maintai...

^^^ All valid questions. Focusing on the magazine side of things, this is a great article on comparative designs of 1911 magazines.
