Re: Home defence with an airgun? Countries with no fire arms allowed

I'm sure it is better than throwing rocks.
There are much bigger, more powerful airguns made - perhaps you should look into them?
Also, be sure of your legal standing if you do happen to use an airgun for defense.

Re: My Job, My Hell...

Well the odds were wrong....just returned home with creepy in tow. Lost an Aunt in Alabama, a good friend from the military and just found out another friend passed away, so I am off (creepy) to another military funeral. Evidently due to my early dumbassery I am not allowed to go anywhere alone. Al...

I'd avoid oddball rounds such as the .348 - ammo is not readily available - and very expensive at that..... :oh:

Re: Women wearing headphones fails to heed active shooter warning, gets shot

Today in Cincinnati, a possible disgruntled bank employee opened fire at his former workplace, killing three people and seriously injuring two more. One of the people shot and possibly killed was a woman who failed to head warnings of an active shooter in the bank, because she had headphones on and...

so how old is Bean Sprout? She sounds mature (and wise) beyond her years.... She is 10 years old and so far so good. Re: Any worthwile non-tacticool SKS upgrades?

I went on a recent boating trip with my pappy, and as he was handing me his old SKS it tragically slipped through my fingers into the icy depths below, quite tragic. So anyway, assuming I ever work up the courage to take the plunge and find my long lost rifle, I'd like to try to find some mods that...

Re: March-May ZS Postal Match

Sounds like a good scenario - something like we had before. I like it! How about 7 yds for small CCWs, 25 yds for service sized pistols and 100 yds for rifles? Or as close as you can get - I seem to recall some only had somewhat different ranges available - just specify the actual range on the targ...

Re: March-May ZS Postal Match

Ok I'm in. Let's start with a scratch narrative and let people use their own targets. Maybe have a quarter or local equivalent for size reference and call winners based on that? And while we might focus on targets inside 25 y/m to accommodate those with indoor ranges we could still accept entries f...
